Southwark Action Alert 21 July 2014

The sacking of Michael Gove last week and damning evidence in a DWP report that has forced the Lib Dems’ about-turn on the bedroom tax, are both events that show how our pressure is limiting the government’s scope to impose its anti-austerity policies. The escalation of the firefighters’ strikes has also forced back their employers’ attacks.

But there are lots of active campaigns still needing your support. Please put in your diary the events not just happening this week but the dates for big events this autumn, shown below.
